Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days (168 hours) of a successful purchase only if the entire credit pack from that order remains unused. If any credits from the pack have been used, that pack is not eligible for a refund under this policy, including a partial refund of its remaining credits. Eligibility is assessed for each purchased pack, not your total account balance.

Requests are reviewed manually. Submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund. Please do not use the pack while your request is being reviewed. If a generation using its credits is still pending, we will review its final outcome before deciding eligibility.

Failed generations

Credits reserved for a generation that is confirmed as failed are returned automatically. Returned credits from a failed generation are not treated as successfully consumed credits for this policy. A credit return is not a cash refund and does not restart the 7-day period.

How to request a refund

Email support@myrapclip.com, or sign in and submit a Support Ticket. Include your account email, order number, purchase date, and the reason for your request. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.

We check the payment and credit usage records before approving a request. If approved, the refund is sent through the original payment method and the corresponding purchased credits are removed. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary; approval does not mean the funds will appear immediately.

Payment errors and your rights

Contact us if you believe you were charged twice, paid without receiving credits, or experienced a service fault. We investigate these issues separately from ordinary change-of-mind refund requests.

This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights under applicable law. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over the 7-day and unused-credit conditions above.
