1. About this disclaimer

This disclaimer explains the limitations and content rules that apply when you use this service. Read it alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By submitting a generation request, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to comply with these rules. This page does not remove any rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

2. AI-generated content

Videos, vocals, music, and lyrics are generated by third-party AI models. Outputs may contain mistakes, artifacts, unexpected words, or similarities to other content. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, factual accuracy, exact lyrics, a particular voice, precise lip synchronization, or a particular creative result. Example videos illustrate individual results; your result may differ. Review each output before downloading, sharing, or using it commercially.

3. Your uploads and permissions

Only upload photos and text that you own or are authorized to use for AI processing. Permission to view or download a photo does not necessarily include permission to animate it or create a synthetic performance. You must obtain consent from each identifiable person shown and have any necessary copyright, publicity, privacy, and other permissions. You remain responsible for your inputs and your use of the resulting video. Uploads and prompts are sent to the generation provider for processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited uses

Do not use the service to:

• Impersonate a real artist, celebrity, or another person; clone their voice; or falsely suggest their participation or endorsement.
• Submit an artist's name, protected likeness, copyrighted lyrics, recordings, beats, logos, or other third-party material for imitation or reproduction without the necessary authorization.
• Produce fraud, deceptive endorsements, harassment, defamation, hateful or unlawful content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content that exploits or endangers children.
• Evade provider safeguards, access another person's account or creations, or interfere with the service.

Use only an authorized portrait for a clearly synthetic performance. We may refuse requests, restrict access, or remove content that violates these rules, subject to applicable law. The service is not a licensed artist cover or voice-cloning service.

5. Third-party models and availability

The current generator uses Seedance 2.0 Fast through Kie. Providers may impose their own content restrictions, queues, limits, and availability conditions. Requests can be delayed, rejected, or fail. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, a fixed completion time, or permanent availability of a particular model. Provider-generated download links may expire; download completed videos promptly and keep your own copies.

6. Website credits and failed generations

The price in website credits is shown before you submit. Credits are reserved when a request is submitted. When a generation is confirmed as failed, the reserved website credits are returned automatically. A request that is still processing or whose outcome is being checked is not yet a confirmed failure. If a failure or credit return appears incorrect, contact support before submitting the same request again.

Website credits are separate from our provider's API balance. Returning website credits does not automatically refund your payment through Stripe or PayPal. For payment issues or a refund request, use Support Tickets after signing in and include the order number. Requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law; statutory refund and consumer rights remain available. 7. Copyright and commercial use

Payment for credits does not itself establish copyright in an AI output, guarantee commercial clearance, or give you rights in another person's music, image, voice, or trademarks. Copyright protection for AI-generated material depends on the applicable law and the human contribution. You must verify the rights and provider terms applicable to your intended use. We do not promise that output is free of third-party claims, that a provider's training material has been individually cleared, or that an output qualifies for registration or exclusive ownership.

8. Sharing and platform decisions

YouTube, TikTok, music distributors, and other platforms apply their own rules on synthetic media, copyright, advertising, and monetization. A video may receive a copyright or Content ID claim, be restricted, or be removed. You are responsible for reviewing the platform's rules and adding any required AI disclosure. We do not promise platform acceptance, monetization, audience growth, or release of a third-party claim.

9. Rights complaints

To report suspected copyright, likeness, privacy, or other rights violations, email support@myrapclip.com or sign in and open a Support Ticket. Include your contact details, the work or right concerned, the relevant video URL or task ID, a description of the issue, and information showing that you are the rights holder or authorized representative. Do not send passwords or payment card details. We will review reports and may restrict or remove material while investigating. This reporting channel does not assert that we have a registered DMCA agent or promise a fixed legal response period.

10. Age requirement

This service is intended for people aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement. Do not create an account, purchase credits, or submit generation requests if you are under 18. Do not upload images of children for synthetic performances.

11. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI outputs are provided as available, without promises beyond those expressly stated. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or an external platform's actions, where the law permits that exclusion. To the extent a liability cap is lawful, our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including fraud, intentional misconduct, or other mandatory protections under the law that applies to you. Nothing here eliminates our responsibility for performing the service or overrides non-waivable consumer rights.

12. External services and changes

Payment services, generation providers, and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or make us responsible for all of their actions. We may update this disclaimer when the product or relevant requirements change.
